Suppliers and inventory sellers must disclose safety, compliance, condition and restriction information before products are approved or sold.
Supplier obligations
Suppliers are responsible for providing accurate product descriptions, safety details, compliance information and condition notes. Products that are unsafe, counterfeit, restricted or misleading must not be submitted.
Admin review
Clearance Hub may hold, reject, hide, archive or request more information about products that appear incomplete, unsafe, non-compliant or unsuitable for launch.
Buyer review
Buyers should review product details, images, condition notes, quantity, MOQ, fulfilment method and any compliance information before approving an order or Whole Lot offer.
Report an issue
To report a product safety issue, contact support@clearancehub.au with the product name, order reference if available, photos and a clear description.
