How it works

Clear workflows for buyers, suppliers, sellers and affiliates

Clearance Hub separates each pathway so buyers can source stock, suppliers can list ongoing clearance products, one-time sellers can submit inventory privately, and affiliates can refer business buyers.

Buyers

Buying clearance stock

Step 1

Browse deals

Review active clearance stock, available quantity, MOQ and GST-inclusive pricing.

Step 2

Review fulfilment

Check whether delivery, local pickup or freight confirmation applies.

Step 3

Submit request

Place an order request or make an offer where the product supports it.

Step 4

Confirm and pay

Approve any freight confirmation before payment, then arrange delivery or pickup.

Suppliers

Selling on Clearance Hub

Apply and approval

Suppliers apply for an account. Approval is not instant and may require business details.

Add clearance products

Approved suppliers can add products, images, pricing, MOQ, fulfilment details and Whole Lot options.

Manage orders and offers

Suppliers manage enquiries, offers, freight confirmation and fulfilment through the supplier workflow.

One-time sellers

Sell inventory privately

Submit inventory

One-time sellers can submit excess, end-of-line or unwanted stock for Clearance Hub review.

Private review

Clearance Hub may ask for more information, discuss collection or freight, and negotiate terms separately.

No guaranteed purchase

Submission does not guarantee Clearance Hub will purchase or list the inventory.

Affiliates

Referring business buyers

Step 1

Apply or register

Affiliates create an account and complete approval requirements.

Step 2

Use tracking links

Approved affiliates receive referral links for buyer traffic.

Step 3

Refer buyers

Affiliates promote suitable clearance deals to relevant audiences.

Step 4

Commission recorded

Eligible commission is recorded after successful payment and follows program rules.
