Who can buy on Clearance Hub?
Clearance Hub is built for business buyers, retailers, online sellers, market operators, resellers and other buyers looking for selected clearance stock.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Buyer-facing product prices are displayed as GST-inclusive where the current pricing rules apply. Product pages should be reviewed before ordering.
What is a Whole Lot?
A Whole Lot means buying the remaining available quantity of a product. Availability is limited and may change as orders are processed.
Can I arrange local pickup?
Local pickup is available only where the product indicates pickup support. Full pickup details are handled at the appropriate order stage.
How is freight handled?
Freight may require supplier confirmation before payment. Buyers should not assume instant freight quotes unless the page specifically supports it.
What if I cannot find a product?
Submit a Product Request. Clearance Hub reviews requests privately and checks suitable stock or supplier options. Sourcing is not guaranteed.
How can I sell excess stock?
Use Sell Inventory for one-time private review, or apply as a Supplier for ongoing listing and fulfilment workflows.
What is the difference between Sell Inventory and becoming a Supplier?
Sell Inventory is for one-time stock review. Becoming a Supplier is for ongoing access to supplier dashboard tools after approval.
How does the affiliate program work?
Approved affiliates can refer buyers using tracking links. Eligible commission is recorded after successful payment and follows program rules.
How does Clearance Hub handle product safety?
Suppliers are responsible for accurate product information and compliance. Product safety concerns should be sent through Contact for review.
