Order requests
Buyers submit order requests before payment where freight or pickup confirmation is required. Payment should only occur after the order is ready for payment according to the workflow.
MOQ and stock
Products may have minimum order quantities, order increments and limited stock. Stock is subject to supplier confirmation until the relevant workflow is completed.
Whole Lot offers
Whole Lot offers are total offers for all available units, plus any delivery offer where applicable. Offers and counter offers are private and subject to the platform workflow.
Account information
Buyers must keep contact, address and delivery information accurate. Delivery details are used for order fulfilment and are not exposed to suppliers before the required confirmation stage.
